AN OPTION TO RETURN TO THE GRAPHIC QUALITY OF VERSION 0.38

There are too many people—myself included—who can't afford a high-end PC and play on devices that could barely run version 0.38, even with graphics settings at the minimum.

I suggest adding an option or a mod to revert to the graphics quality of version 0.38. Since the new 0.39 update brought many graphical improvements but often causes frame rate drops, that is the idea I’m proposing. Thanks for reading this, and please help me get this idea to the developers or modders—PLEASE.

Take the .zip for the ardente (i dont know whats its Name ist, I can't Access my pc) and save it to your pc, then delete the Game and Download 0.38. Put the ZIP into the mods or vehicles folder.

I just saw that you can enter codes for versions. Is there a code or key for version 0.38.6? for steam?

 

I tried the code thing, did not work. Said I dont own it or some bs, I've had this game since 2016...

they are update id's, you can find them on SteamDB.

Well finally, now i can go back to the version i played the most, without the "You can't have more than 1 car" shit

Update: Nevermind, i can't because it says "Not Valid", even though i bought the game when it was 0.38

 

Yeah I have the same problem. I do have Beamng 0.3.4 from 2014? on some old ass hdd somewhere, I could try to find it if anyone cares.

 

Its not a separate vehicle. Its together in the "vivace" zip. I tried copying over just the missing files and tired copying all files over and 0.38 forgets the car even exists. I really don't mind playing 0.38 without it.

 

Oh, i would like to play the 2014 Version of BeamNG until they delete the Strict Car Limit in the current version

 

Im gonna try to find it at some point! Only problem... I have like 50 hdd's so it may take a moment to find.

 

I'm sticking to 0.38 until most of my mods work with 0.39. I understand mod developers, It used to be "New update, new texture issues.". This update, It seems like any 1 old mod seems to break the entire car.

I tried telling you all in my thread but nobody listened.
