I think because of the 370z looking taillights in one of the first teasers

 

I can't look at it without thinking 370z. I can't wait to drive it tho.

 

I know this is off topic but my computer has integrated graphics, does anyone think this may make Beam run badly in 0.39? Just asking since I saw others concerned about the same issue.

 

I used to be an integrated graphics user. of course performance isn't as good but I heard on 0.39 the devs said that stuff that couldn't load previously will load now so overall there will be performance improvements.
I'm thinking a possible stable 30fps instead of 20-25 (for my Intel Iris Xe laptop)

Depends on your graphics quality. I run lowest details at 720p on my laptop. Makes the game pull above 60 most of the time, unless I spawn too many vehicles or open a huge map. I get great performance though, I doubt it will change much after 0.39.

 

I can't imagine it will be too long until someone makes a VQ swap.

 

Luckily i had this old clip saved. The 5-cyl + DCT used to sound glorious

 

They should bring back ambient sounds on maps too…

 

Only jri the texas maps has good sounds

 

This so much! IMO its there but really low volume. For example the swoosh sound was way higher volume when it first came and I loved the immersion.

 

My Goodness, those crackles were nuts! They still are but they're far fewer now...

 

So this week or next?

 

"A week" would likely be referring to next week - the 17th was last Friday, and "next week" from that day would be this week. A Friday release is quite unlikely, and I'm not sure if the devs will do a Thursday release, either. "A week" could extend out to next Tuesday-Wednesday (the 28th-29th).
