Mod requests (FOR PLAYERS AND MOD CREATORS LOOKING FOR IDEAS)

I created a thread for reg players to request mods, the reason is that I have trouble creating mods and I have lots of requests, so if you have any requests post them and mod creators, please read them.

if you or anyone wants something in the game, you are going to have to do it yourself, mod creators have their own ideas and generally are busy doing the mods they want to do, not the mods you want

I made this for mod creators who are interested. If you are not, then don't respond. What's the big deal

 

Someone NEEDS to make an indycar mod. As far as I know there are no standalone indycar mods and the best one right now is niteon's indy nxt car.

it says mod requests so that is what i thought it meant. if you only want mod creators to use this, put "MOD CREATORS ONLY" or smth like that

you are yelling out into the void, in the 5 years of modding ive done ive seen nobody take a mod request from a random person

 

nobody cares.. I'm sure some mod creator who isn't as stingy as you would want ideas

modders don't have to follow these ideas but people shouldn't be put down for having them
yes they can choose what they want to do but it seems mean to just say "nobody cares"
this hate only strengthens the divide between modders and players which shouldn't exist in the first place

@Lichi is telling the brutal, honest truth. I don't think any modder will take those requests and if any modder does, that's a very rare chance.

Also, be respectful dude. Saying those dumb remarks like "nobody cares" adds fuel to the fire.

 

I have taken one request before. That was the top gear ambulance.

 

The 1/10000000th time a modder took a vehicle request haha.

Most of the time you can suggest parts or other PARTS of a car that a modder is working on, but if you ask for someone to make you a car, just go buy automation.

I’ve heard of commissions before, but usually that’s for people who openly ask for ideas. There are limits as to how far you should take suggestions. Like a few days ago, someone put a request in Spiicy’s Realistic American Traffic Pack thread for about 72 cars. Nobody is taking that on. Thats practically just hijacking the mod at that point. Map making id imagine is a lot easier than before now with all the tools that have come out. Give it a try yourself.

 

Ok, I'm sorry Lichi, for saying nobody cares but you can't say that no mod creator would want an idea. I'm not a mod creator but out of the many on here, can one say they had trouble thinking of a mod to make or just want another person's opinion?
