    Hi!

My Logitech Dual Action doesn't work in beamNG.drive.
I installed the logitech Profiler 5.10, and it shows me, that my controller works.
I also put the inputmap ( that one, thats already in the beamNG.drive folder) into a new created "Custom" folder.
When I boot up the game and open the console it says, that it loaded the inputmap Sucsessfully.
If i move around the left stick, it also says "Left/Right/Up/Down POV 1 pressed/released" but the steering doesn't work.
All the other buttons don't do anything, either.
Does anybody have an idea how to get my controller to work?

    Greetz,
    Jan

Search through the "Post Your Inputmaps!" thread. There are a couple of people who have posted custom inputmaps for your controller. It sounds like you simply copied one of the existing files into the \custom directory, which wouldn't have any effect other than to load that particular inputmap again.

I already tried several maps out of that thread, but none of them worked for me. :(

You could search out an xBox Controller emulator that takes charge of game xInput9_1_0 commands. " - bing - xbox controller emulator", There are many out there to choose from for your given setup. Certain ones will even configure your blutooth for connecting with a PS3 controller. This one worked best for me. http://www.tocaedit.com/ . place updated xInput dll files in beamng\bin32 .

Also search bar on this site for Emulation can lead to good things.

I have the same problem with the same controller! Although, mine never worked as I just bought the game a few weeks ago. The controller responds perfectly in the input test screen but nothing I find on the net has got it to allow me to drive vehicles with it yet. Is an emulator really the only fix for this? Seems silly since the game recognizes the controller just fine, and even has an input map specifically for this controller.

Where did you make/find the \custom directory?

-I'm guessing this is the F310 as when most people talk about the 310 they refer to it as this, sorry if I'm mistaken-
First: make sure you controller is set to X-input [its on the back]

Second: put this file [https://www.dropbox.com/s/qqsra30vpfpocqp/controllergamepadf310.inputmap.cs?dl=0] into a folder called custom here
    [BeamNG.drive\scripts\client\inputmaps\custom]

This should fix it if it does not then I'd suggest reinstalling the drivers for the controller.
