i need help as beamng has had lag spikes ever since i started playing (0.32) , i get a good average fps but then the 1% lows are horrible , i dont know what is the bottleneck and i dont have any solutions.

    my specs:
    Laptop: HP Victus 15
    CPU: R5 5600H
    RAM: 16GB ddr4 3200mhz
    GPU: Rx6500M 4gb
    Storage: 1tb Nvme
OS: Windows 11 25H2 (has been same on 23H2 and also 24H2)

i have tried everything i could from changing virtual memory , changing performance plan to max performance etc
also safe mode doesnt make a difference , mods arent the issue and on random it doesnt do lag spikes for like 2 days before it starts again mid session.

    Drivers are up to date?
Did you check power saving options?
If you have 2 GPUs, please make sure that dedicated one is used for the game.

I have a Victus 16 with Ryzen 7 and 32GB of RAM, so a pretty similar laptop, and uhh... It is what it is. After some time you stop noticing those lag spikes lol.

My only suggestion would be to drop texture quality to normal, I've noticed it helps especially when you play for long time.

drivers are the latest , dedicated gpu is set (with igpu game barely even runs) and power saving is completely off.
