The power steering bug was fixed in the 1.3 version, make sure to redownload the mod. --- Post updated --- The addon parts are custom made by ourselves and don't come with the base 3D model, and again, the addon is completely optional and is for supporters that want to get something in return for their donation. The main mod is free.
I just have to point this out since nearly everyone's getting mad at FastLane (mostly outside of BNG forums). Even if the addon is paid and contains additional IRL branding and IRL OEM components, the main mod itself is free, and as FastLane pointed out, the addon parts are custom made, which makes complete sense to make it paid if it is an actual work, after all, you're paying for the hard work done to those custom parts. Which is why the base mod is free by default, because it is using a modified model. As for the IRL branding, I don't really think Nissan would really care about this since one: this does not affect their sales one bit, therefore attacking modders like FastLane is pointless and it could hurt their image for their fans, and two: they never reached out to the modding community of ANY game to take their cars down, paid or free. The only one to do this so far as proven recently is Ferrari, which quite frankly everyone hates for their poor decisions in everything. It's totally up to you if you want to support the work put into this. Heck, since the free mod on Kofi has an option to donate, you could do it with the free base one if you desire if you set the price to anything higher than 0, this is a thing with Dacia Pack too as well and any other mod released on FastLane's Kofi page. The addon is paid because it has custom models made by the team, so you're paying for the hard effort.
As I have mentioned before, this mod uses assets from third party sources (e.g. Hum3D, Squir3D, GTA5-Mods.com, Sketchfab), and I highly doubt FastLane has permission, let alone the legal rights to make a paid addon out of it. People have a reason to be mad at him because what he did is basically copyright infringement, and every time someone calls out this greedy behaviour, they get defensive. In fact, these same entitled people (including Simulator Adventures himself) are the same ones who criticised Flanje's Ford Taurus mod for not being up to their standards while also never providing constructive feedback. And if people really wanted to support this mod, the addon should have been made free in the first place, just like the car itself if that's the case, or better yet, include the USDM/CADM models and all other stuff from the addon with the main mod. This has always been a problem with games like ATS, ETS2, and The Sims 4, and this is becoming even more increasingly problematic in the BeamNG community, which has been becoming more and more divided.
That's subjective, although if I were to add the CN spec I would first add the pre-facelift version, and after that the Qashqai Glory.
Q&A time will there be a dacia duster or some sort? will there be any plans for the duster mod? romanian map by one of your team? yeah stupid questions but hope to see some tho
However, CN-Spec is too clutter and even has classic models, although it looks no different from facelift
Firstly, like i just said with the first main reason why the addon is paid - it's because it has custom stuff while the base one is totally free to begin with, for the addon you're paying for the effort, not for the greedy reasons. People are not mad for the fact it's because of the fact it's copyright infringement (i don't know where you got that part from by the way) it's because it's paid. I'm not a greedy person myself, but keep in mind, modders in general never get paid for their effort, EVER, and they have to live for it, the reason i don't is because i don't do effort unlike what FastLane does (especially the monster of a mod that was the Dacia pack). You saying that the addon should be free is your own kind way of saying "I don't want to support these creator's efforts and they should live in a dump". If you like this, then please, shut up and enjoy it or delete it and ignore the fact it has a paid addon, it's there for support reasons, not to steal Nissan's money. Me knowing FastLane, he never is being greedy nor does he want to get into conflicts and all of his mods are completely free with optional donation (with the addon for this one being the only one paid). Making the addon free makes total nonsense since one: you would've included it with the base mod already: and two, you gotta make money for the effort you did. Let's not forget mentioning the GD808 mod which it too has an optional paid addon which is also made to support the creator and get a good bonus. And guess what happened to it? People critisized it anyways because it's paid, same with this. Once again, Nissan Motor Corporation, along side some other Japanese brands (in my case it's Mazda because of the CrossSport) almost never reach out to the modding communities of any game out there to remove their car or an addon for this from sale, they know for a 100% this could affect their image if they do it, learning this from Ferrari when they proved to ruin their image numerous of times just because people plastered their yellow horse badge onto their car mods EVEN WHEN IT WAS FREE. I do not want to get into a trouble myself by saying this here and i might say some mistakes in this post, which is fine, it's human error after all, but again, this website along side many others do not provide monitization. Which is why people turn to paid modding, where you pay for whatever effort put into it, modelling, texturing, uniqness, or all above, even if it's as small as an addon or even steering wheels. People need to get money one way or another for what they do for a god damn living. I know, i said a lot here, but i was trying to make a point that it's not for anything evil here. That's the main point of the paid addon, it's just one way to support themselves.
I agree. Fast lane has never made a paid mod, he puts in time and effort, to make these mods and there are people out there who take him for granted and complain about them. To the people who say "Should be paid" Or "Put more effort in" You all are Entitled selfish people. Fast lane and other creators put alot of effort in
after 3.gen models on sale in 2023, it remained on sale alongside it as the Qashqai Classic, only change the new logo and equipment specs, also only sold a years. in 2024, the facelift models has renamed the Qashqai Glory
Does it have Folding Mirrors i know the higher Trim models IRL have Folding Mirrors Love it finally some non Sports Car Nissan
I really don't understand your issue, considering it has been clearly stated the paid aspect consists of models made by them by scratch. This really isn't a problem, its 2025, paid mods have been a thing for years now too. If there really are legal issues, its not your duty to give modders a bad name for it. Many of the top tier mods nowadays are paid, I come from Assetto Corsa and you pay on average around $3-5 for the best. If you can't afford it, don't make it anyone else's problem by moaning about it and throwing reasons. (Some of which isn't for you to enforce or call out. Let the legal teams handle those things.) The base mod is free and completely usable. You have financial free will as does all of us, if you don't want it or can't afford it, then well keep your mouth shut.
