I honestly want more variety, even if theres not much of a change.

I feel like once we get the last few vehicle type missing from the game (70 or 80s fullsize sedan and wagon, a more modern pickup, modern suv, or crossover, and one of those cute cabover Isuzus the devs could start implementing rebadges and whatnot, or other simple duplicates to the same area.

Absolutely, I'd love that in game. It would fit well, given similar vehicles like the Dodge Rampage.

So the Wendover and LeGran chassis are actually subtly different, and the V8 is wider than the I4. Good to know.

Does the V8 in the Wendover/Lansdale have its own model or is it using the same V8 model as the Barstow/Moonhawk/etc?

Yep, I'd love to see a turbocharged Bruckell 3800 in Beam! A midsize RWD platform from that era would be great too!

Yes, it does. It's got its own engine block, NA intake and supercharger models. And in the Lansdale, it has its own specific engine cover too, as do the rest of the engines (it's found in the 'Engine' parts in the Parts Selector). Which means that all of them are futureproof for a proper Bruckell-Soliad brand expansion! For example, I wouldn't mind seeing a modern Midsize Bruckell model with some modern versions of the 2.5 I4 and the 3.8 V6 (or even an earlier version of the Bastion's 3.5 V6 but turned sideways)! Or even a modern version of the 4.4 V8, for a change! A modern FWD Midsize V8 Bruckell!

I just want them to fix these two things... oh and make the vinyl top colorable again.

The LeGran platform certainly has a lot of potential left in it... While we just got our first proper ute with the Miramar remaster, giving the player a choice is always welcome with a Dodge Rampage type truck. A Dodge Shadow/Omni type hatchback would also give us our first small American car... It isn't the most interesting way to fill that gap (Not that the GLH was boring, but I can think of several more interesting and unique American compacts), but it is a big gap that can be filled with a derivative of a platform we already have. Chrysler also had some luxury LWB K-Car derivatives, some of which even had stretch limos. That would be fairly unique while also keeping a lot of the LeGran.

As for the Wendover, I must admit I wish they went further with the change to a coupe. A SWB coupe like a Reatta would have left a lot more room for a sedan than the more rational wheelbase coupe we ended up with.

An Omni would likely be too close to the Covet, and the Shadow would be too close to the '88 Pessima. I'm not sure if even something like a Corvair would be unique enough for the devs to include in the game. With the Hopper being a Japanese product and the Wydra a Polish vehicle, it seems like they're interested in having North America be the domain of large and heavy vehicles, while leaving the small ones to Europe and Japan. It's quite telling that the lightest factory LeGran weighs the same as or more than an AWD I-Series or '88 Pessima. (While the four-cylinder Nine sedan/coupe/roadster are roughly the weight and length of the Miramar, the Nine is also a very old car.)

It's true that our vehicles tend to be quite large, and I understand giving smaller vehicles to Japan or Europe, but we've also made many small vehicles over the years. Crosley, Eshelman, King Midget, Sebring-Vangaurd, and dozens of others all made cars that would rival or beat the Pigeon for smallness. I don't expect a US microcar, but a US compact would be pretty neat.

Also, one of the most common vehicle requests are a Euro semi and a large Euro luxury car. However, I'm not sure if either of those are going to happen, with how vehicles are distributed between regions - the heaviest non-US vehicle we currently have is the Stambecco, and that just about cracks three tones. Barring that, the heaviest non-electric Euro/Japanese vehicle is the 800 Series, which is around 1700 kg maximum. (The Hopper Crawlers can get to over two tons, but they're heavily modified, so they don't really count.)

It would make a lot of sense to have the LeGran (or a LWB Soliad version) be the FWD limo option. I don't know if that would happen, but again, would be neat.

I don't think that was ever going to happen - that would probably be too radical of a change. The Wendover was a vehicle that had been anticipated by people for nine years before its release - to suddenly change it into a smaller vehicle probably wouldn't have gone over too well. (Also, there already were quite a few smaller coupes - the Bolide, BX, SBR (sort of), and K-Series. The only other large coupes were the Barstow and Moonhawk, both live-axle FR vehicles of a similar era. With the Wigeon, Miramar coupe, and Scintilla, we've been getting even more short-wheelbase coupes (although the Nine and Burnside both have fairly long wheelbases).

Oh dude a Corvair would be cool. Never thought of that. I hope we get a car in between the Burnside and the Bluebuck. Like a Forward Look Chrysler or something. Definitely unique

I don't think we'd get a whole new car for the late-'50s, since that would be too close to the Burnside and Bluebuck. A pre-facelift Bluebuck (or a vehicle using the Bluebuck's frame) would be more likely, but even that might not be different enough. I wouldn't be surprised if the devs didn't want to do anything with the Bluebuck for a long while - it's gotten very little since it released six years ago.

Something I've always wanted in BeamNG was a muscle car based on the Dodge Challenger. I'd REALLY like it to have new engines such as a 6.3 liter supercharged V8. Both old (1970s) and new (2020s) versions. Maybe it could be called the Gavril Brute or something like that.

    That'd be cool
