The Autobello Piccolina is an economy car based on the economic cars from the moment, like the VW Beetle and Fiat 600, so it's normal for the Piccolina to only have an F4 engine in their factory configurations. But the flat engines for the Buggy Autobello Piccolina are from the Hirochi SBR4, which only has F4 engines at the moment. And if the BeamNG Fandom wiki was right about the fact that the game has an unused 3.0L F6 engine, there is a small chance that the Autobello Piccolina will get an (or some) F6 engine buggy when the SBR4 gets refreshed/remastered (Subaru had a 3.0L F6 engine in the past, and Hirochi's flat engines are mainly based on Subaru's engines). However, I don't guarantee that the SBR4 or Autobello Piccolina will get an F6 engine in the future.
