Dirt, Dust, Mud, Scratches on vehicles paints. Game Engine updates/improvement in terms of Shadows, AA, better LODs (fading in rather then pop in etc), Multi-Threaded Occulsion (believe it's single core currently?) and detailed release notes to with all this. pretty please
i wouldnt mind if next update don't bring anything new to the game itself, but makes it better. Last update was HUGE a bout the lag in car selector screen etc..that kind of updates id like to see + updates to world editor and make those things more easy... road architect is a mystery...sometimes work sometimes doeseent though game started to crash. aka it makes huge amount of dots for the roads. if u make 2 miles long road it has the red blocks what u can move like thousands and when i make it i put like 10 (straight road) Id like to decide how often it makes those dots via slider like smoothness and detail sliders are in decal road inspection window. with building architect had some problems of getting the layers work like a puzzle in zelda game. To get all the layers show when you have messed those up it's better just to delete the building and start from scratch...somehow usability of these is a bit wonky or im too simple, but there would be easier ways to do those houses. with those new road things had problems too...tbh might be that im not the right person to use these as i think it's just a clump of mess. Old tools like forest tool, river editor, decal roads editor, terrain tools things work great. Can't understand why other things can't be that simple. If id want something in new in game maybe possibility to make moving objects in world editor aka self made crushers from basic static blocks or just a HUGE CRANE like Liebherr LTM 1150-5.4E for example...not the biggest one, but a crane to lift shit like 5 10 meters high and able to crash it out lol
I want that when you select a Route on the Overview Map and then turn on the Autopilot, that the Autopilot acually follows the Route and drives to the Destination. So you can take a break from driving, while having no worries that your car ends up somewhere else on the map.
More realistic traffic. If a car is going too slow, they can overtake. and they should move to the side if a cop is approaching.
More modern European / Japanese cars like a Beam.NG C63 w205 would be awesome or even a modern Japanese sports car (R35,390z) Openable houses and you can put your cars inside and enter them open the garage doors and whatnot.. A proper online mode implemented into the game instead of Beam.MP so its easier to make servers especially with mods in them. Better police system in traffic mode. You can function with the computer in most of the police cars and they send dispatches for you to go chase cars across the map or pull over certain suspicious cars, You can also pull over the driver and request a tow if their car is unfit to be driven
Man like itd be cool if ya could like lock out over drive on the automatics thatd be neat. Also itd be neat if on the lower revving engines like the 423 in the d series or the 2.4 liter in the 200bx if the automatic trans didnt smash the rev limiter before shifting
Better/remastered AI traffic, and a "racing mode" for AI cars (for track use, with racing style settings).
They already pull over, anyway, a mid 70s land yacht, like a Lincoln Continental, or Ford Thunderbird, the Moonhawk isn't very long in terms of cars like that. I mean, we need a big ol' 70s car! It would be awesome!
