Hello, I added the mod to my game and now I have a balance of $-2 million. Is there a way to fix this or do I have to start all over again?
Made an account just to say this. That s how frustrated i am. RLS career right now is plain bad! Sorry but it is. I used to love rls and almost had it installed from the moment i got beamng. Made beam an actual game where you can grind, collect your favorite cars and race them or just cruise in them. Nowadays : 1. They ruined taxis. Less money and complicated customer subcategories and whatnot 2. They ruined towing. Now it s extremely expensive to tow! I had a big collection of race cars. I want to just tune the car, tow to track, test it, tow back, retune, repeat. Now i cant do that. And no i dont want to spend half my day driving 10+ cars back and forth to the race track. "we made towing expensive to make people drive more", that s what they said. Who are you to make me do anything?? The only thing you made me do, was to disable rls, plain and simple. 3. Insurance.... Yeah, they had to ruin that too. I dont think i have to expand on this. If you have a big collection of cars is just unsustainable! Why? Economics were fine! Nobody asked you to change that! You want to proggress on the thing? Fix bugs, add new pois, add new garages, add new ways of earning money like you did with the taxi and repo. Make the thing enjoyable, not an unbearable constant grind! Some of us have jobs (yes plural) and families. Our free time is not infinate. If someone from RLS is reading this, please consider doing something about it. Maybe have RLS_easy_mode and RLS_hard_mode.
Is it just me or vanilla career mode is just grind after you complete all the missions? I mean, you kinda have a point. But, still dont forget that it is a WIP addon for an absolutely WIP gamemode. And also... if you cant tow a lot of cars, but still want to do that, why just not buy some trailer and a cheap truck? If you have a lot of cars you probably already have a lot of money (in my opinion)
the mod isn’t working, i downloaded the latest version but it stopped working after beamng 0.37 update, gets stuck on loading screen
Yeah, that s why i liked rls, for the diversity. (notice the past tense) WIP indeed, but i didnt complain about bugs or lack of content etc. I complained about something that it was already fine and somewhat along the lines of the vanilla career. Say i need to tune my newly purchased car. I will have to go back and forth to the track 4-5 times. Before the economics change i could tow to go and tow to come back. 10 times x 150 credits = 1500. Now 10 x 5000 = 50 000 credits! (i bought the car for 10 000). And i cant use a truck as i still would have to drive the truck back and forth 10 times. And if i decide to tune 2-3 cars that translates to 20 to 30 times. And then there s the new insurance....
sadly i kinda have to agree, one thing i do is just give myself money if i need it by using the debug menu you can input this command: Code: career_modules_playerAttributes.addAttributes({money=10000}, {tags={"gameplay"}, label="Magic"}) and change the money amount to what ever.
Well, that is your playstyle, I guess. I am the one who tries not to use towing feature at all, so I would get all the enjoyment from driving my project car. I use tow only when I want to speedrun the career when some new things get added but economics got for real ruined, I will agree on that
in this patch some vehicles bought cannot be insured and only have the option of being totaled or personally repaired is this intended or a bug?
Of course I realize, god damn it. I just dont want to use it, that's all. (actually never used any type of insurance, because I am not the one going 350 km/h every time I leave the garage)
Everytime I leave a car-meet and the game starts despawning the NPC cars I get this error message. "BeamNG 0.37.5.0 0xC0000374 STATUS_HEAP_CORRUPTION"
I updated from 2.5 to 2.5.2 and experience the problem of an empty car marketplace in Italy now. Seems like after the initial generated cars are gone, no new cars get generated there, except Scintillas. Edit: yeah and please make a change to the insurance system. This is ridiculous now. I'm going back to 2.5...
I'm currently stuck at 10 dealerships online and 11 offline but i can't find anything about making them online, does anyone have a fix to this.
I made an account for a bug that's happening in my game lately. For some reason, every time I load a new save, I have the same amount of money I had when I created a new profile. (For reference, I made 6 profiles, and the 1st profile I spent money, the 2nd suddenly had the same money as profile 1, then it continued, etc, etc.)
Hi all, Question about Taxi : I drove "luxury" clients twice now and got 1.5 stars while i drove according to the traffic laws and treated my acc pedal nice and easy. Is there a different "style" of driving required ? For example Families give me 5 or 4.5 stars all the time.
