what happened to the ibishu JBS-Series?

i saw it this morning but it seems to have disappeared

 

Probably was taken down.

 

Was ripped from JBX without permission or proper credits

 

That's what I was thinking it was as well, it looked incredibly similar to the JBX. I suppose the reason for that is because it was the exact same thing.

 

atleast let us swap the jbx100 suspension onto the new bx series body

Mod taken down, DamnNihilist claims to have made it all from scratch by himself but who knows.

 

I know for a fact that it is derived from JBX, and I had proof of this to the admins. That is why the mod is taken down. L for the link.

 

it seemed kinda sus, i imported the jbs into blender, the quarter panel was literally the same and he had added an extra loop to mask it but when i overlayed the jbx quarter panels and rear section the vertices were literally in the same spots, it also used the jbx sounds with some very clearly ripped engine models (they had horrible textures, had clipping and were too highpoly for beam)

you can clearly see how "inspired" this mod is, most of the top section and rear door are basically the same with some adaptations made to fit the new bx, which is why it got removed from the repository and why i have submitted a takedown for that github repo on behalf of ax53

 

Yeah that would make a lot of sense, because his previous modelling and modding wasn't the prettiest to say the least, and when this actually was half decent it really surprised me. When I was playing around with it I noticed that it was a lot better than his previous work, and I did start to wonder if it wasn't his. Also I will take down the link to his github.
