freeroam map selection, no maps bug

here's a strange one, I'm on the small grid map, no mods in my mods folder yet, and I go to menu>freeroam, and no maps. The first time I did it, there was text bug, like there is in this picture, but this time (the second time I tried the menu), it started having this text issue.



Now keep in mind that I'm using linux, and I have no "0.37" folder. I'll put this in the linux thread too, but I'm not sure if it's a general bug, or a linux specific bug. So I've used the in-game "open mod folder" button, and the folder only has the .db file.

I would have given you the log file, but I opened and closed beamng a few times, trying to figure out the new mods folder, and encountered a UI click lockout bug too. So there's a few issues

 

Its not just a linux issue, it is also occuring on windows.

 

yeah, it happens to me as well, probably just a buggy new update the DEVs will fix it eventually.

 

how can i fix it on windows? it happened to me too (is there a way to?)

 

I have also seen this happen on my Windows / Steam install of BeamNG. Its really random though, no specific map causing it.
I'm guessing its a UI glitch that snuck into 0.37 UI overhaul.
