He's right. Based on the experiences we've got so far, small gaming studios bought by large corporations are purposely milked to death by being forced to make failing products by their corporate idiots for managers until their inevitable closure. And our friend here is afraid of this happening to this studio too. I get his fear because that's exactly what I'm afraid of too. There's literally no other car sim/game like BeamNG, so all gamers who love cars and know BeamNG, want it alive!

With that being said, though, I wouldn't mind a price increase (say to €30 or $35.17 with the current EUR - USD exchange rate). The BeamTeam puts every fiber of their bodies, brains and beings into this simulator and it shows! And even if the price increases, it still is an effin' banger of a vehicle simulator compared to all those compromised casual car stuff the large corporations put out and charge triple for, compared with what BeamNG costs!
