This might be helpful for the keyboard players, for driving gentle and controlling fast cars. It's a bit like the f4 button (speedlimit) in the classic mafia game: when a certain key is pressed simultaneously with the throttle and/or brake key, it limits the maximum throttle and/or brakes to a value, like 50% (maybe adjustable?)
Not a terrible idea. Live For Speed has something similar for steering, which is fully adjustable (and also something that could be thrown in together with the throttle and brakes)
