Problems with this car are expected, as it hasn't been updated in months, and also "bumping" is when you post on a thread that hasn't had a post in a long time, and it bumps the thread back to the top of the list.
As I am bumping it again. This truck is one of the better vehicles I have ever tested on beam, not to mention there are little realistic offroad vehicles to choose from at this time. It's not a critical glitch having exaust parts on your rear tires, or the dash looking like it was doubled over itself, but I hope that it does get updated for this mod is worth while.
I have just purchased one of these trucks, and if you want I can supply you with any HD reference images you need, that is if you are going to continue this project or not, I hope you do though. Bullinator3000
I have an issue with this. When I spawn it in the experimental version, the dash looks like it doubled itself and the rest of the truck. I don't know what do to. Other than that, its a mighty-fine machine.
Re: 1994 Chevrolet Silverado (New Thread) Hey LT. Smell My i own a 1994 Silverado and the dash looks nothing like the dash on the one in your truck ingame.
As a Chevy fan, gotta say I love the truck I have a problem though. I just downloaded it and put it in my vehicles folder. However, when I went to start the game, it wasn't there! Any idea what I did wrong/ how I fix this?
I think I know what is wrong. Newer/updated mods (most) have the zip with the file name, then a vehicles folder inside that and then inside of that there is another folder with the vehicle's name. This mod does not have that. What I do is unzip the zip (or copy the folders out) into a folder named vehicles, then I zip the vehicles folder and rename it, then you have for example "94Silver.zip/vehicles/<whatever_the_modder_put_here>". That always works for me without fail, and I have done it about 5 times now. I don't know of there is another or better way, I just came up with this by myself following the pattern of how newer mods worked and decided to make the older ones work that way too.
Anybody have a problem with the External version where the wheels aren't in the wheelwells? They look like they're on a big axis and can go through the bed.
Now I can virtually drive my daily driver. So whenever I feel like crashing it into a tree, I can just virtually do it! Those are technically 95 and newer side mirrors though!
External version? I know of the Extended cab version that has the issue you have described, which has been going on for a while now.
There is one bug, the wheels on the extended cab are a little glitchy, exept for the off roads V1 - V3 The picture: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198150238198/screenshot/719790100887888053
Shame that this is another mod that has died. Would really have liked to see it work properly, and live up to its full potential. *sigh*
Hey, major Chevy fan here . Although I am having one problem, the grill and front/rear bumper are coloured the same as the rest of the truck, so the headlights and taillights are chrome/ black/ green/ ETC. is there a way to fix this?
