Wind stopped affecting cars after the 0.36 update

The Wind UI application stopped working after the update there is no way to create a wind that would affect the cars physically.

 

Weird, it works totally fine for me... Have you tried clearing cache and disabling mods?

 

Same problem for me, tried it with the winds of change mod, still didn't work. Definitely something up with the wind itself. Tried disabling all mods and restarting game, it worked, but when I activate all mods again it doesn't work. It's probably a problem with one of the mods.

 

same for me it works when i disable all of my mods and then does not when i activate them
