So a giant food blender! --- Post updated --- Hmm! So, in essence, it's kind of a precursor to hydraulic technologies being applied in larger scale (Citroen's bump-ironing, self-levelling, 3-wheeling, brake-locking, steering wheel-straightening hydropneumatic suspension anyone?) and, also, it's quite possibly part deux on the hydraulic pumps the MD-/T-Series feature! Great analysis! --- Post updated --- Don't we already have ropeables in the form of the limit straps on the rear 4-link solid axle of the D-Series D35 SuperPig and the D15 Crawler Crew Cab/Rock Racer/Pre-Runner models, plus the rear swing axle(s) of the Stambecco, the 4-link solid rear axle of the SP Dunekicker and both the front and rear 4-link solid axles of the SP Rockbasher? We've been having these straps since the 0.21 Update of December 15th 2020! Unless we're talking about further development!
I'm guessing that the next teasers will be about the new / refreshed vehicle ( if we actually get one in 0.37 ) ...
To be fair, even with 0.14, we still got some vehicle-related content, with the SBR4 refresh. Hopefully, there's still at least some vehicle/map-related content, as well, but honestly, I do like the idea of giving the props remasters. Hopefully, the old cannon gets some attention, as well. I feel like he's waiting for a more substantial teaser (i.e. a car/map) to release his post.
OK, then. let's see what I can do. green = it is certain we will see this in the next update yellow = we might see it soon, maybe even in the next update red = it won't happen, or it's in development limbo weird blue spinning thing: some suggest that this is a remake of the giant spinner or the giant crusher hamster wheel remaster: there seems to be a truck wheel attached to a motor which seems to power a large spinning object, it is widely suggested that this is a giant hamster wheel, which is getting a remaster car remaster or a new car: so far, none of the teasers have been pointing to a car remaster or a new car, which leads me to believe that v0.37 will be an update that is focused on props that new car that we won't get until mid-2026: it is said that this new car has advanced features, which makes me believe this new car is a modern-day car
By popular demand... Color coding: Green means we can be reasonably certain of it in the next update Orange means we can expect it in near future and potentially the next update Red means it's either confirmed to not be coming in the near future whatsoever or in development limbo Past teaser logs for reference: 0.36 0.35 0.34 0.33 0.32 0.31 0.30 0.29 0.28 0.27 Updated 2025/08/15, new items in bold. Release date: The Fall update historically lands between, well... In the last 5 years we've had one on September 18th (2024), 19th (2022), and 20th (2023) with 2 years skipping it (2020 and 2021) Vehicle content: New car: We might get a car in mid 2026 Grand Marshall remaster: It was remastered but not to the same scope that current remasters cover, so sooner or later the team should be returning to this one Other remasters: The following vehicles have yet to be fully remastered and have not been mentioned above: ETK I-Series, Gavril Barstow, Bruckell Moonhawk, Ibishu Hopper, Ibishu Pessima mod.1988, Wentward DT40L Map content: Research: There has been talk of the devs doing some research on stuff for improved map development Update: @Bauer33333 responded with a source for this Everything Else: Spike Strip: January 15th's Teaser Tuesday showed off an experimental spike strip, with the note that it may not be released at all, let alone on any timeline Improved retro compatibility: Stenyak made a post talking about the team's efforts to improve user's transition between different versions This thing: August 5th Teaser Tuesday showed what seems to be an electric motor and a 10 lug wheel interfacing with a massive wheel-like thing. Generally agreed by the community to be a new hamster wheel. This other thing: August 12th and August 14th teaser Tuesday showed.... Something. @JCX034 was the first person I saw untangle the teaser (here) which led to an official unspun teaser, not that it makes things any more clear. @Drivver has a post talking about it here Tire physics improvements: The team had a great video, the link can be found on the official forum post. No sign of this coming soon but the team clearly has been putting a lot of work into it Gameplay: Rally game mode:General improvements in each update are expected Career mode: Check out the dedicated thread for discussing the WIP career mode and look at some of the posts from staff members to get a better idea of what the team has been thinking for career mode In previous versions of this post I included a large spoiler tab with a list of comments by Krallopian about the future of career mode. However, this post on February 27th indicates a potentially significant shift in the direction career mode is taking so I have removed this section until more is known. It seems that the new vision for career is narrower but deeper, and includes improved support for integration of community additions. This seems to be potentially a more traditional game career mode than what we have seen to this point. Supposedly there will be a sneak peak of this in 0.35 so we will have to wait and see what that brings
This could be a hint for a future vehicle type. Wild speculation, but what about a Heavy machinery vehicle, as one of more popular brands is Cat (caterpillar).
I really want East Coast USA to be remastered. WCUSA is cool and all. But I feel like since career mode got "released" that there have not been many meaningful changes to other maps.
I'm pretty sure stenyak is talking about the FPV Wydra being called the FPV Capybara, it kinda does look like a lil capybara
He said future vehicle, the Wydra is not a future vehicle, no matter if future means not in game or literally from the future
capybara does sound like somthing that fpv would call a vehicle considering the wydra is named after an animal my guess is some sort of 4 wheel small utility vehicle
The way I see it, the Capybara name would be nicely suited to a larger off road vehicle than the Wydra (since, in the animal kingdom, the Capybara is larger and heavier than the Wydra) but smaller than the Stambecco (since the Stambecco reaches a bit of a higher weight than the Capybara). But I can't really think of any vehicle other than the Pinzgauer for it, which is the inspiration for the Stambecco... On the other hand, the rear-mounted Air-Cooled F4 of the Piccolina could also power an early amphibious vehicle with an extra set of gears fitted to it. Think of the VW Schwimmwagen here! Not to mention that this RR F4 platform could also power an early basic military Off-Roader, a custom Sport Coupe, an early small non-off-roader Van and an early Dune Buggy!
So all this advanced sensing AI & Lidar tech is in the program but the traffic cars in the game still drive 20 under can't handle intersections or narrow roads and don't know how to pull over? Don't get me started on the police
