The main rotor can spin up on its own after the initial spin up driven by the clutch to the engine. The main rotor blade pitch is a constant it doesnt change(unless youre doing a specific model which is more like the rotodyne. Remember, big planes are less useful in BeamNG because the airports don´t have enough runway length and the maps are not so large. So if somebody would want to do another airplane mod he or she should do a regional airliner. For example: ATR 42/72, Dornier D 328-100/-300, BN2B Islander, DHC 6, Cessna Caravan or other narrowbody jet engine/propeller driven airliners!
