Hello people of the forum!
I have some great things to announce!

One very important thing are lore changes (not really as there wasn´t any lore before)

The altair was made from 1983 to 1988 (not my final decision +-2 years).
It had a coupe and a hatchback bodystile.
In japan it was sold as altair and as a special diana model featuring fixed headlights.
In europe it was sold as altair
In the us it was sold as bx.

Available engines for the markets (plan as of now, might change):
jdm: 1.6l na inline 4, 2l na and turbo inline 4 (the one below)
eudm: 1.6l na inline 4, 2l na inline 4 (also the one below)
usdm: 2l sohc inline 4, 3l V6


The first one is a new engine model, completely made from scratch.
Based on the nissan FJ20. It´s unfinished though, still needs a low poly version, a different head for the sohc engines, different valve covers for different engine versions, turbos and some more things.

The next thing is the new fronts.
Based on mazda rx7 and nissan S13 and I also looked a bit at the toyota mr2. (tried making it look like an older version of S13). This front is already annonced but I didn´t tell you here, LordLichi did (thanks again) so now I will do it.

And the last thing is: The mod will have paid ea! I got asked a lot if there will be paid ea so it will be there. Planned release is in the end of august.

 

Cool! This reminds me of the Honda Prelude and Accord, and the Acura Integra at that!
One question, though; what will happen to the sedan body style?

 

The sedan body got removed for now. It won´t be in the early acces or the repo release. If I find motivation I´ll add it later to the mod. But it´s a big maybe.

 

You're planning paid EA but free release? Or paid EA and release? If it's paid release, I need to organize my finances, because I'm definitely getting this.

only paid ea and when the mod is finished it´ll be a free repo release. ea will cost 3€. ea updates are free once you bought ea.
