All my non-repository mods have disabled.

Ik for a fact that they're still in the repo folder, but they don't appear in-game.

 

Nvm, I fixed it by moving the mods from the repo mod folder to the vehicle folder.

 

Never do this. Put the mods in 0.36/mods (no subfolder). Do the mods appear in the mod manager?

This issue happened when I reinstalled the game to fix broken meshes for the Soliad Lansdale and ETK 800-Series.
