WIP Beta released Hungarian Roads

    Hello everyone!

    The first update (v1.1) is here! This one brings some requested things by you! From the new service garage, to optimization and more details all around the map ;)

    You can check out the changelog (it is in english) below:



    v1.1


    - Added a garage / service with its own tiny parking lot and own billboards:

    -Optimization:

    - Deleted all garbage assets and re-added them as forest items

    - Deleted 100+ of lamp pole assets and re-added them as forest items

    - Deleted lots of “blok1” assets and re-added them as forest items



    Basically, this method (adding them as forest items) is better and optimized than having these listed items as separate assets. The game loads them in a different way or method, which makes it better in case of items with large quantity.


    -Fixed and added several details and props around the map

    -Continued the Magyar Posta area (Hungarian Post area) [WIP]: It is something that is being worked on. Work done:

    -Re-added light poles + better placement

    -Several details have been added or fixed


    -Fix/ adjustments were made in these missions: “Járda-Játszma”, “Illegális Tuning”

    -Added more damage, litter / dirty decals around the whole map

    -Added more graffities around the whole map


    -Added more lamp poles all around the map, and fixed wrongly positioned ones

    -Fixed and added some AI roads / lanes

    -Fixed and added several decals around the map

    -Fixed some signs having no collision

    just curious. Did you use my map builder tool for that? I have a feature which does it for you for selected scene tree folders.

    I really love the map,I only have one suggestion,ofc I dont know how map making works,but I think a longer road leading to a little village or city would be great.Like this its just city driving.Keep up the good work and thank you for finally a hungarian map!:)

    No, I did not know about your tool and did not use it. I did this by hand, I re-placed all of that by hand, using no such tool

    I put it in my tool to use it one time when I’m finished I guess. But to be honest the performance impact is almost not measurable. I did a test where I put all assets from Johnson valley to forest items. I could see no difference.

    id be super happy to see this map evolve with time, as id genuinely love to play around with another map of a similar country than mine other than polish roads. again, i wish you good luck with the map, im keen to trying it out in the future ;)

    also this needs good optimization
    polish roads doesnt have that and its literally unplayable on my laptop.
