How to fix WCUSA?

Missing Textures and clipping texture are spread all on my WCUSA map. Does anyone know how to fix or has a fix?
I use a lot of mods from repository and external, so if someone knows I could send a screenshot of em all

 

Try these steps:
- Clear cache (deep clean)
- Verify game files with Steam
- Try safe mode (Launcher -> Support tools -> Safe mode)
