Unsolved how can I change the position of the buttons and remove unnecessary buttons from the menu?

How can I change the location and remove unnecessary buttons? After the update, it became inconvenient to use this menu, since most of my necessary tools were simply put away in this menu.

 

I would be interested in this too. A way to customize the menu icons/buttons. That would be nice.

 

You can reduce the UI scale in (Top Left) Edit>Editor Preferences...>User Interface>Scale to allow more space for those icons in the menu
