Does anybody else think that the front bumpers on the Armoured Trucks are way too fragile? Every time i hit anything bigger than a Covet the bumper bends back and locks up the front wheels

The rear lights (weirdly, except the reverse lights) on the school bus and armoured car upfits fade out extremely quickly. Since the reverse lights fade out at a more normal looking speed, and similar behaviour is seen in the Burnside and the Miramar, I believe this is a bug.

Compare the fade out of the brake light and reverse light in this gif:
    upload_2025-6-18_1-49-21.gif

Also, the buttons to toggle the warning lights turn them on, but can't turn them back off.

Need to fix the descriptions of those buttons tbh. They should say "turn on" rather than "toggle"

Spent some time with actual bus driver when setting up this control panel and apparently the way its meant to work (and the way it works in game) is that you can only turn ON the ambers or reds via buttons, but to turn them off you have to CLOSE the doors (not have them closed, but perform an action to change their state from open to closed).
Ambers you can also turn off by switching OFF the "master" switch (that is ON by default)
and if you want to actuate just the doors without reds coming on, you have to switch OFF the master beforehand.
Switching ON the reds will also switch OFF the ambers

These arent actually meant for ramming cars, in fact the "armored truck" is only meant to be armored against entry into the passenger/cargo compartment, some irl have minor amount of shielding against bullts in radiator area or runflats, but otherwise these are just standard medium duty trucks. The bumper is not that crazy thick either. Its fine for slowly pushing stuff out of the way, but if you essentially swing a 1.5 ton hammer at it at idk 50kmh (crash into grand marshal at 50), thats A LOT of energy it has to take onto itself and it makes sense that it bends :) the fact body is as indestructible as it is right now is in fact a bug and will be corrected in some hotfix.

I want to give a huge kudos to the team for the new upfits, the interactive elements are wonderful! Would've prefered triggerbox controls for the bus window and armored roof vents for more precise operation, but I still really love that we can mess around with them.

I do bring one bug report which I've noticed when playing around with the police riot van (but applies to the H-Series and other vehicles with multi-lightbars), the interior control panel does not switch the mode of the rear lightbar, only the front one. Both switch just fine through the keybind though. On the bus I've also noticed that the rear-most dome light bleeds through the rear wall on the B body, and illuminates the outside as well.

As for suggestions, it would be great if the dome lights inside of the armored body could also be toggled. They would pair nicely with the outside flood lights. I would also like to see blanking plates covering the holes left when removing the outside warning lights, for when we want to use it for regular transport.

I was honestly surprised that none of the configs featured the radiator protection, since the part for it exists. Especially the police van which is armored to the brim. Is that used exclusively for derby configs?

The wheels and suspension are the Achilles' heel of the armored MD-Series.

I understand that it is not built for ramming cars and that most of the armoring is for the 'upfit', but i do feel that it is a little too fragile in the front. If i was to hit a Grand Marshal head on at 50 KPH it'd make sense for it to be damaged. But i find that merely hitting a Covet on the side of the rear at 30-40 is enough to bend the bumper enough to start locking the wheel up if i turn. I'd provide a screenshot/GIF if i could, but my keyboard wont let me

Does anyone think the MD SWAT truck looks better with a late model hood? I've never seen any police departments use the irl version of an early model MD series.

I love the MD school bus, too bad that this game we can't get folding front door (Jackknife) on the school bus. overall great addition to the game.

the bus should constantly bounce like its running over a pothole at all times even on flatground and constantly make sounds like its going to fall apart at highway speed just like real life

Yes, both the school and regular city bus need approximately 8000% more squeaking/rattling loose trim noises that play whenever the engine is running.

4WD configs are useless for offroad because the drivershaft is very breakable. D-Series and Stambecco are much better for that.

What do the radio controls in the armored truck do? They don't seem to do anything when pressed.
