Unsolved license plate texture

Please help me ive been trying to get my license plate to normal for days and its been no texture for a long time i need help

 

Do you have mods enabled? Try disabling all mods and then clear cache

 

Yes i did that but it still doesnt work :/

 

Check the graphic settings and look for "Skip generation of license plates", if the checkbox is checked, uncheck it

 

ive tried everything now but it still no texture

 

mmh maybe try going into your game files, then delete the "vehicles" folder in "content" and then reinstall that folder via Steam

 

nothign works it might just be a problem i have i cleared cache reinstalled the game and everything but still;

go to Steam and click something like "verify game files"
