Telemetry error???

My game says it's missing these. What should I do?

Sometimes it gives me a telemetry error notification. It loads the map but just shows the UI over the loading screen backgrounds. If I hide the UI I can see under the car and drive it but the camera is messed up and doesn't move.

Game is unplayable please help!

 

Got it. It was Environment+

 

Its still saying youre missing the dlls tho, right?
