WORLD EDITOR (F11) and (F12), (F10), and others NOT WORKING! (also (F) to leave vehicles)

when I clicked the F11 world editor button, It didn't work! also F to escape my vehicle doesn't work, but, what is so weird, is that when I changed the key binding for the world editor "controls" section in options, (all that I did was go from F11, and then I deleted that binding, and put in F11 again.) And it worked for a second, on grid. Then I switched maps, and did it again, but it didn't work! I did the same for F. Then when I came back to grid (because I thought that it only worked on that map or something) It didn't work, help me fix this issue.

The wheel that shows up when you hit escape is also absent, and I don't think I transferred my files from 0.34-0.35 properly

 

The new keybind for the radial menu is "E" now, instead of escape. As for your other issue, have you tried safe mode? (Launcher > Support tools > Safe mode)

Have you tried verifying the game files with Steam?
