Cannot upload images to forum

I can't upload images to the forum. I'm getting the following error:

The following error occurred:
A server error occurred. Please try again later.

I've tried with different browsers and the error persists in Firefox and Chrome.

 

I cant upload any files at all, trying to update a mod and it just errors every time

Thanks, that worked for me.
I would add I did the following:
1. Enabled two factor authentication.
2. Entire forum errored out.
3. Deleted cookies for beamng.com
4. Logged in again with Two-Factor.

I guess one could log out and log back in if enabling the Two-Factor does not bork the entire forum loading.

 

Thanks, I did try most of those things before I went to sleep and none of them worked. But then once I woke up and turned on my PC again it works now lol
