My beamng keeps freezing

So ive had beamng since like 4years back then i had no problems but now every 1 hour or 30min it just freezesor crashes it says beamng not responding i dont know how to fix it help please

 

Do you have any mods installed? If so, try disabling them, then deep clean cache from the launcher, and see if the freezing still occurs. Also, make sure your graphics drivers are up to date, and that Windows is up to date as well.

Have you tried safe mode? (Launcher -> Support tools -> Safe mode)
