I've tried everything to update BeamNG but I just can't do it Pls help

Hi, guys I've tried all of the other things from different threads but my game dose not say the version and I cant find the update folder looked everywhere for it please help.

 

go into game and see if there is a orange and black thing on the left and hover over it and itll tell u the vesion

The old updater is no longer supported. Use the link above to migrate to steam. Steam itself is the updater now.

 

I've been using steam since I've had the game

 

Steam wont let you play anything but the most recent version of the game. You are upto date.

Unless you are after the T75 or sunburst that is. You need to opt into the experimentals for that, they are not in the stable version of the game.

 

so what can I do to get the latest update

 

opt into experimentals as I just said.

Right click BeamNG in the steam library. Properties. Betas. CHange the dropdown box from stable to experimental. Hit ok. Be warned that the experimental updates are just that, *EXPERIMENTAL*. No guarantee of any stability at all, crashing at any moments notice should be expected (although for the most part it seems to behave). Some mods are broken by experimental, a few mods require new features in experimental.

 

ok I've got to the last step but it is asking me for a beta access code

 

wrong beta it should be called experimental

Not at all sir. The branch may be experimental but the box for a code is indeed labeled as a beta code.

just a quick question should steam just keep updating beamng because I cant play unless I update it and I have for the past 20 minutes and still nothing
