It's ok but the low end revs sound a bit off

How do i put this mod into the game? I've been looking for videos but nothing helps.

 

1. Download the zip file: https://www.beamng.com/attachments/engine_sounds_02-zip.1151143/
2. Once it's downloaded, go to your Downloads folder.
3. Copy the downloaded zip file, then go to C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\BeamNG.drive\0.32\mods
4. Paste the zip file there.
5. Open your game.
6. Done.

to use it:

1. Spawn a compatible car (for example Bastion)
2. it should be working.

 

So i what you said and all the vehicles currently have no sound.

 

that's weird. Did you try clearing cache?

 

I have and it had no effect.

Sorry if i stressed you but I figured it out. I had put the files that were inside the mod in but not the whole file. Quick fix

what files did you take out and put in? Do I click 'vehicles' and drag that file into the mods folder or the individual mods in said file?

 

This mode is awesome! For me, the idles are too loud, and engine braking on the v8s is louder than accelerating. But overall, you did a really good job!

 

the d series needs a higher idle volume w

i think the startup sound needs work tho its just the regular engine at a low rpm

 

very fire but when stambecco and other cars??!'1?!?

 

LeGran V6 sounds is still the same

 

am in the only one to feel like the legran v6 start sounding like the wydra at higher rpms

 

can they just add this to the game please they sound so good

 

Hi! It's been a long time since 0.2! Are you planning to make an update any time soon?

 

This sound mod is actually pretty good, the only engine sound imo that needs to be reworked is the bastion, at idle it doesnt even sound like a v8, and on higher rpm its so loud, it sounds like its without exhaust, even tough I put on a muffler to make it queiter. My fav sounds of this mod are the cover one, ibishu bx and pessima

 

i agree, came here just to comment on how the Bastion is too loud for a stock from factory vehicle, but for the other vehicles it's all fine, loved the 4 banger sounds, maybe some could go louder when you lift from the gas, but other than that it's alright!

 

uuh are you sure Legran's 3.8L V6 has these new sounds? for me it's only working on the 3.3L variant
