Good morning everyone!

With 0.35 officially released, I hope you are having fun with the new sunburst, it is very cool, very pretty and much better.

Now I have changed the thread title to 0.36, comment what you want in the next version and as the months go by the versions are released I will update the title, this will be repeated several times.

Remember that I am not part of the beamng team, I made this thread for pure entertainment so take things seriously.

ETK I-Series and / or MK1 Pessima remaster, give late 80s / early 90s cars some love, Beamng team.

 

I'd like to see three things in 0.36

1. Bruckell Moonhawk remaster

2. Ibishu Miramar remaster

3. The return of Gridmap V1 with PBR

 

Things I want
1. Modern ibishu Covet
2. Ibishu Pessima mk1.5

 

What I want in 0.36 is a new car from the Cherrier or Burnside brand

 

Okay dude we get it, you hate the new Sunburst wagon.

Is this all you’re going to talk about until the next updates?

 

0.36 Could be another remaster/refresh. A few vehicles were left with no updates done to their lights unlike the rest. I still pray for an H-Series remaster.

 

The wagon bit probably needs a little reproportioning cuz it looks a bit boxy. On the topic of Sunburst design choices, although I genuinely like the tail lights, they don't consistently fit well with different colors or different part combinations. I liked the old ones cuz they were a nice mixture of chrome and red. The new ones lean too heavily towards chrome so they contrast a lot on a lot of color/part combos. Sometimes they look really good, other times they look odd and cheap

 

Support for FMOD bank files, makes it way easier to make engine and gearbox sounds

 

1. Roof rails for the Sunburst Wagon, so it doesnt look as plain. And make it look a bit more similar to the sunburst wagon mod. it would be perfect

2. A european map thats based on central or east europe, north europe would be pretty sick too

3. No US sidemarkers for the taillights and headlights on the Sunburst, and red taillight glass back (if that wont come out as a mod by then)

 

The wagon has grown on me. I still think the Sunburst could use less chromier headlights, something like pre-remaster. Opinions are subjective, but imo all that chrome doesn't exactly fit with boring eco variants

 

I heard that this year there will be a lot of updates to old cars like the pessima gen1, burnside, miramar, hopper, moonhawk, i series, sbr4 and also cars that have already been remastered like the pigeon, pessima, bolide, roamer, etc.
