Can Someone Look into this Game Stopping Bug

Calling on my one request per year... Could someone look into this... It will be posted on forum too. Can't work like this..
. You can not make any terrain paints without it spamming that error in the back ground/console. And it does not matter if all 15 slots are full. That was never an issue before... This problem showed its ugly head after last update. I help 3k people per day, can I get some help for once. Thanks!

 

Try without any mod enabled except your map or try to clear deep cache.
(Backup your map file though!!)
If nothing works i'd suggest you reinstall
