Wheels issue

Someone stole my default wheels, but left my tires. xd. Mods are off, the game was reinstalled twice and something still causes my wheels to disappear.

 

Clear cache?

 

Done deep clearing, nothing happened.

 

Have you tried launching in safe mode?

Because even if they aren't activated they can still cause issues.
