    I received serial some minutes after purchase

    download is very slow -.- 14 kb\s.. why? :(

    Buying the alpha on Monday, untill then, TECHDEMO :D The only flaw with techdemo though is that i cannot get it going with a dedicated gpu, it uses the HD4000 instead :confused: ..i been in the nVidia control panel allready, and no use.. im forcing the game to go with it, but still HD4000...

    It took me a good ten minutes to get my serial email, the fastspring server might be a bit overloaded.

    Bought via Paypal too, no problems.

    The serial and download link is in the email titled 'Your Alpha Test Access Delivery Information', I didn't spot the serial first time either. If you don't have it then maybe check your spam filter.

    I got the mail from Paypal, not from fastspring.

    EDIT- SHITSHITHSITHSTHS
    I was recording, and in the mail instead of hotmail.it I put .com

    HELP, I need to retrieve it ASAP D:

    I feel so abandoned right now, nobody giving me support. I mailed fastspring, waiting a reply ?_

    Unlucky Nadeox, I'm sure you will get some support from the Devs once everything calms down a little. Possibly email Paypal, you should be able to get a refund/refuse purchase (on the grounds that you haven't received the product) in the worst case scenario.
