If they don't put a longitudinal flat 4 in it, I'd assume a transverse V6 like the wendover

 

J/Replacing the Flat 4 engine with anything but another Flat 4 would be a crime against humanity.

 

Maybe the Sunburst could get the SBR4's AWD/RWD drivetrain (the RWD would be flipped around for FWD of course). This could be a cool homologation/rally setup from factory.

this may just be me looking too far into this, but I am seeing some design cues matching between the front door card of the current Sunburst, and the door card of the teaser. So maybe it's a remaster of the Sunburst? Or it is just me looking way too close at something and throwing a pie in the sky guess thats not true.

 

Seeing as the one posted was a rear door panel, maybe you should look at that one, too.

The front one is closer, which is weird.

What if its a entire new car. yes am sure its a sunburst, more so sure seeing how bad it current one is,
and w have NOT had a remaster in a year. last as last april a year ago ( by the time this 0.35 is due )

So there is a massive case for it being a remake of sunburst.

If they're remastering it, then new rims/restyled rims are basically guaranteed

 

Remaster of 200BX and Gen2 pessima did not remaster the previous wheels, but simply added one or two sets of wheels. I hope Sunburst won't do this.

 

The sunburst is on another level compared to the two. It shares wheels with another in game brand. It wouldn't make sense to keep that crossover in a remaster.

 

I agree with you (though it doesn't bother me as much, I just want some unique wheels for the sunburst)
Though i'm curious how would unique wheels for the Sunburst look like since I basically just know the Sunburst by the ETK wheels
