My game reflections on any cars and mirros show no texture in mirrors but not when i look at them

My reflections are glitched you will see in the pictures i got

Oh and yeah to add
before it was normal like no glitches but when i started my game today it took a while to lead and all my settings were reset to default exept control and now its like this

 

Try disabling mods and clearing cache.
