The game is bit laggy seconds or minutes later

so i was playing beamng and is no lag at first until it turned into bit laggy

Could be overheating, check your CPU/GPU temperature

 

same thing happening on my laptop, it was heating up, got a two fan cooling platform, put my laptop on it, and it was much better

 

Press the ~ key to pull up console when this happens. Take screenshot if you see red errors. Paste in ChatGTP free one but log it to do that. It will tell you what is causing some of the problems if it is not clear reading it yourself. I do a lot of map stuff and those never ending loops thata can kill performance. Looking for textures, or looking for the depth map are some I get..

 

The console is really good for troubleshooting, surprised not many people check it when having problems. It's usually very easy to fix anything if your console isn't flooded with other errors

 

And ChatGTP man that thing is getting smart. I like to talk to it when trouble shooting. I pick the one that sounds like KITT talking haha. And I tell it to explain complicated stuff as if to a 5th grader understanding. It is not always right, but it gets it right a lot too, or gives a good general idea.

 

Hmm I've never used chatgpt to fix any beamng problems since I can figure it out by myself by the console or by research. But chatgpt is good for (almost) everything, specially with coding. Takes some tries to get the correct answer last time I checked but it's reliable most of the times (Though I only use it for dumb stuff nowadays lol) (I think I use the word "though" too much)

 

Yeah. It is wrong enough times that If it was life or death, and I had to pick the red or blue pill, I would not trust what it said fully. Gambling should start getting easier for people if they ever get that thing in glasses. Tell me AI, should I fold, and look at the others faces and ask, who appears to be bluffing
