Found the issue. It was an old mod. Weird thing is I have mods that are from literally late 2014 early 2015 and they load up fine on the Hakone map. Strange it is this one mod and that other community maps haven't had an issue with it loaded.

Hey dude, just wanted to hop in and say what a kickass Hakone turnpike this is! It's so damn good! I'm not sure if you plan on making/importing Tsubaki Line as another Touge map, but if you do, it actually connects/lines right up with the side road off Hakone Turnpike, so maybe a packed map that contains both the courses together for things like Beam.MP would be so so sick to see, even if not accurate, just lining them up would be so so sick! Love the Touge maps regardless man, and I look forward to anything else you make!!
