My PC has been very slow for a while now.
I just ran a Passmark performance test on the cpu and it scored 1355, where it should be around 5284.
Does anyone know what can cause this?
    Thanks.

When I did the test about 6 months ago i scored more or less 5600.
Im only getting like 12 fps on the Gridmap with the D15.

sounds like it was throttling because of the dust. I could be because it is old. I don't know the normal temps of what it was run at so it could be dying :(

Beam is a very CPU intense game that could b causing your low fps.

Thermal throttling. Check CPU temperatures, anything above 100C will cause the CPU to run at very low clock speeds. You should be careful as temperatures over 100C can kill the CPU rather quickly. You should always try to stay below 80C.

Buy a custom cooler, Intel's stock cooler is useless.
