0.34 broke controls

Before 0.34, I used to be able to press on the left stick to go into neutral, but on the semi's only because they have the splitter i had left stick press to change the splitter from low to high range. It would only change the splitter and not put the truck into neutral. After 0.34 it does both, how can i fix this without having to change keybinds each time I am in a different type of vehicle. Very annoying

i tried that just for the splitter control and it was doing the same thing, I didnt try to do it for the neutral control. This hasn't happened before on previous updates as far as I can remember.
