ALL THE MODELS ARE PORTED FROM THE ORIGINAL GAME AND THEY ARE THE PROPERTY OF ROCKSTAR GAMES Hi I am working on my first mod, that is cars ported from GTA V I've used the BeamNG ETK I Traffic as a starting point, but now te only part that left from it is the suspension. Everything is connected to the main cube. I've made custom jbeam for, different types of body: - sedan/coupe body: - station wagon/suv body: - van/truck body: I will add bodykits, spoilers etc. and all engines from the beamng for more customisation. Here are some screenshots of the first car i am working on, the feltzer2: I did variables, such as offset of the suspension, camera and steering wheel. All codes of the variables are made by me, only the original code of variable steering wheel was from fillman86's mod: https://www.beamng.com/resources/animated-automation-wheels.29045/. The mod will be half normal, half traffic cars, the car models are going to be select in parts menu. I know there is one GTA V mod made by whatawhat, but I didn't used any of his code. Feel free to make suggestions of the car models I can build next and give me some feedback for improving the mod . Now I don't know if I am going to made this mod free or i will do some kind of fundraiser for it's release
Nice! I'd like to see more "basic" versions of some cars, like the Karin Asterope and Obey Tailgater, for example. Think of it as seeing a BMW 325i more often than a 335i. Will there be cars from Online, though? I'd love to drive the Toundra Panthere (Alpine A110) and the Maxwell Asbo (Opel Corsa (C)) in particular. Make the mod free (as it's unethical to sell mods that use assets from other games), and open donations so people can support your project.

There will be online cars, but firstly I need to work on some jbeam/texture stuff --- Post updated --- And as for things related to publishing the mod, I still don't know whether to create a kickstarter to publish this mod, it won't be selling the asset to individual people, but if the donation reaches a certain monetary level, then, for example, I will publish 10 cars, because I've already spent a lot of time making this mod (about 3 months) and i want to get something from it, because i don't know if I am going to get any donation for support, but I'm still wondering about it
Considering that you're using assets directly pulled from GTA V, I think trying to make money off this through any means would be illegal and grounds for a lawsuit. I wouldn't risk it >.<;; Mod looks excellent so far, by the way :>
Adding some lore friendly mods is also a good choice.Many mods have many interesting tuning options, which will bring more fun to the game.

It would've been awesome to have some of these but the only problem is that he has to ask permission of the creators of those lore-friendly mods if they were to be included.

For the moded cars I will not add them because this will be more work to export the models, ask the creators of the mods for permission, etc.
