why is there's a parachute in the sunburst

like why is it always the parachut in other sunburst configs? like isn't that supposed to be an option i have meo's drag parts pack and this bothers me

 

I noticed the same thing, I simply take it off in the parts selector. I do hope there's a solution that stops that from happening completely though (other than getting rid of the mod).
