1996 Ibishu Pessima, imported from Cameroon. It's the HX trim and it has the 1.8 4 banger and the 5 speed manual. 298,003 miles on the clock. This thing has been rode hard and put away wet. Someone clearly didnt take care of the paint which resulted in the clearcoat pretty much just disintegrating. She's dinged up pretty bad too. The largest and most concerning 2 are the ones on the rear quarter panels. The absence of a hood isn't usually a good sign either. It's also rolling on flat front tires, and the 2 tires that are left on the rear are completely bald. The hubcaps are mismatched too. It also more than likely has more dents than oil changes, but she still runs great. I mean after all, it's an Ibishu. It's got roof racks, which might help to explain the vehicle's past life. It needs work, but the motor is fine, well, it will be after an oil change. The transmission is also great. The shifter and the clutch feel brand new. So for that, I'd say she's worth, erm, I'll go with €190, which is about $205, or £160. why do i even try anymore. i try to help someone and everyone else gives out to me. ill shut up, sorry i guess
Just found it funny that you theoretically broke a forum rule trying to help someone and it wasn’t even necessary. Didn’t mean to be offensive, sorry if it was
there's thousands of those "linked a 3rd party site and it was not even necessary" posts out there, and weirdly enough, looks like the mods only notice the ones posted by persons like me, witch (used to) post alot they gave me a fucking warning for my only single post linking such thing because someone asked for a mod
ETK 800-series from the late 2010's. about 12,500 miles, when this car ran it ran like brand new It got into a terrible collision in 2019 right before the pandemic, which resulted in the driver being paralyzed from the neck down (he was extremely lucky.) The car was 28,500$ when it was first purchased by a different owner that didn't like the car. Assuming this was marked up by 7% since its first purchase, the price would be $40,714 (oddly specific I know [also its probably incorrect someone can correct me])
Yeah, but then you subtract like 39,000 dollars for all the damage. It's not that hard to comprehend...
Yeah, that car is only good for salvage. Would be worth a lot more if the engine was intact, but it clearly isn't. The only things that people would want would be the trunk, rear bumper, rear wheels, taillights, and maybe the rear passenger-side door. Even then, those parts are pretty cheap.
