The "Dual-shift" 10-speed transmission that is used in the T-series has gears that are a bit too closely spaced. This is especially apparent with 1st gear which is only 8.59:1 compared to the 10-11:1 ratio first gears you see in comparable IRL transmissions. This makes pulling heavier loads more of a struggle without wheel hop or burning the clutch. Here is the current dual-shift gear ratios: -6.70, -8.59, 0 , 8.59, 6.70, 4.99, 3.89, 2.84, 2.21, 1.66, 1.29, 1.00, 0.78 And these are some ratios from an early Eaton Super-10 with a splitter like the Dual-shift EDIT: Also to addon to this adding 12-speed and 8-speed variants of this box would be nice for some variety.
