Game crashes after i load AI traffic

    i made an account just to talk about this, but whenever i load ai traffic and play around with it, after a few minutes it crashes and gives me error code 0x00000001, ive tried making an exception on avast but that didnt do anything, please help.

    CPU: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11700 @2.50GHz
    RAM: 16 GB
    Disk: TOSHIBA HDWD110
    Disk 1 (C:) KINGSTON SFYRS500G
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060
