i dont have a mods folder, can somebody help?

    so i dont have the mods folder and all i can install is car mods and i cant download mods like the brake glow mod, the better windshields and more...

    Option 1:
    Launcher > Manage User Folder > Open in Explorer

    That's the folder the game is using for all your settings, cache and mods. In there you should instantly see the Mods folder

    Option 2:
    Main Menu > Repository > Mods Manager > Open Mods Folder
