So, with the latest version we got a new bug "unresponsive UI". There must be a pattern of when this happens, we just need to find it Please reply when you got this (and attach your torque3d.log) so we have more information to track it down.
idk if this will matter but i looked at drowsy's log and got this 11.835083|CEF|:1|Uncaught ReferenceError: cefdev is not defined 42.420108|CEF|:0|event.returnValue is deprecated. Please use the standard event.preventDefault() instead.
\Documents\BeamNG.drive\cache It happens quite often here, mainly when I launch the game, then switch to another window while it loads in the background. Or If I launch the game, get it on the menu, then switch to another window, come back to the game after some minutes and try to choose the map.
The unresponive ui happened to me when i tried to load a level for the first time. If i open the level a second time, it works fine no log because it solved itself
he wants the log because the exact error that caused it would be in the log, it doesn't matter if it fixed itself afterwards he can still use that info
Started the game and wanted to load Hirochi Raceway. Game closed itself automatically after clicking on the link for this forum thread. Here ya go m8. Also I'm wondering about the following in the log-file: "command line args: - 0 = D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\BeamNG.drive\Bin32\BeamNG.Drive.x86.exe" So you said in the dev blog, that the game would automatically decide which version to start. But i use Windows 7 x64. So It should start the 64-bit-exe and not the x86-file!
Left BeamNG running in the background for a few minutes, then tried to load East Coast and it crashed. Here ya go m8.
ahhhh. thanks for that! but i dont think its in the log anymore since i have restarted the game many times(and it hasnt happend again)
