so im sad to inform you but my hilux pickup was lost, the file ended up corrupting do to a virus on my pc and i cannot recover it. i will redo the truck as i still have the trophy truck version ( little tweaking and i might be able to fix it) but other then that i have given up. GOOD NEWS THO!!!!!!! i started something better, a compitition between 2 4x4's thats bin goin on forever. the cheap cherokee (cheap as in the parts for it are cheap as hell) and the mighty 4runner. the 4runner will be the 1992 3L v6 sr5 model with a stock and offroad version and the cherokee will be the 1997 4L i6 xj model with stock and offroad versions. i dont have any progress pics of the 4runner because i honestly forgot... and no its not stolen so if you think it is just gtfo i dont want no shit in my forum. ill start to take photos after today. i have only started on the 4runner but i just wanted to make sure no one built any of the 2 trucks. also i cant jbeam for shit so if someone (with good modding skills) will help me out after im done both trucks could do the jbeam for me (obviously 50% of the credit will go to that person) that would be awsome. iv never released a car before because of that but im gonna start now. 4Runner exterior-85% interior-90% motor-0% drivetrain-99% cherokee-0%

You've been saying that your work is on hold because of school, and here you are with months of work, and basically a completed car. I don't know how far the other is though. I'm not saying I don't believe you, but some will think the worst.

I know your not done but if its not already planned, for the offroad versions moving shackles would look great on the leafs if whoever does the jbeam can get them to move right without breaking easy Also I believe its not stolen and I love the work you have done. The model was ripped from a mod for GTA IV and it was awful to drive. Looking forwards to this one. I've owned two Cherokees myself from 1988 with the 4 liter i6 engine. They were great and I miss them a lot. Remember that the Cherokee has a locking rear differential when 4x4 is engaged.

Re: 1992 toyota 4runner vs. 1997 jeep cherokee!!! you are right, the truck is IFS, the off road version though, i might do some old school rigging and fit a chevy 1ton axle to the front and and bj40 rear end, just to add to the realistic ness.
