Aren't you the one in the Jerr-dan thread who said you were gonna pirate it because you are new to the forums and didnt know who the developer of it was?
I bought the mod before the 1.1 got out. The update looks (and sounds) nice, but unfortunately I can't seem to be able to find the said instructions on how to update it if you've bought it. The message we received informs us about the new version being out, with the appropriate Ko-fi link, a changelog link, a nice pic with a blue Mondello and nothing else. I just hope the automatic transmission is the same as the Demo version, which has the true semiautomatic system and not the torque converter-based one of the pre-1.1.
did you buy it off ko-fi originally? if so, search "mondello" in your emails, go to the oldest one, open it, click "go to your order" and then "view content" on the ko-fi page. it should show downloads for the original and new version
The car sounds louder from a distance with the stock exhaust, but with the Race/Corse exhaust, the sound decreases. how odd.
It's supposed to be rare. --- Post updated --- Cinematic screenshots --- Post updated --- The car seems to be generating lift.
It's interesting how two people just randomly decided to register on the same day to leave the same first comment. I wonder if that's the same guy that was super annoying in Discord about how you shouldn't be allowed to charge money for a GTA IV model port. We should probably just ignore those at this point.
I set the prices too low, because i wasn't aware that beamng actually calculates depreciation now. So after beamng depreciates the value the car's worth too little and it no longer futs in the luxury dealer, and for the normal dealers it's too rare to ever show up basically. This will be fixed shortly!
I just bought this mod and I am loving it. While the overall quality is not on par with the gavril scout or the hirochi rush or the ibishu serenity (but very close), it has great driving dynamics and is just a joy to drive. This is definitely going to become one of my favorite mods and one that I use regularly. I weirdly found this car to feel faster than the scintilla (the base strada variant), probably because of the manual gearbox and the high revving engine. Overall, it is a good mod to buy and experience. It is also really good for keyboard and controller players because it is very controllable.
To be honest, I agree with the controllable aspect. Surprisingly, the Picnic by LucasBE is more tail-happy than the Mondello... Weird how a small, fwd, French hatchback kicks the rear easier than a mid engined entry-super car of the early 2000s but hey I'm not complaining and I'm satisfied with both.
It doesn't even look a bit like the Grotti Turismo. Whoever keeps saying that is blind. It is like saying the Corvette looks just like the Viper. Anyway, nice car.
In all honesty, the only similarity I can see is that both have a somewhat similar rear fascia, and even that is very, very minimal aka... not in the slightest So yeah, calling this a Turismo clone is just setting yourself up for a clowning session. (Also, any parts that do look similar across both were most likely just aspects taken and modified from the original Ferrari 360.)
Inside signals, door open indication and hazard indication added. (i hope these gifs work properly lol)
Looking good! The only thing I've noticed is theat the indicator is a little too quick, but I assume that's a BeamNG limitation... Also, the indicator light brightness is a little too low, should be the same as the headlight indication. Good work nonetheless!
